With over 40 years of leadership in the Army and corporate world, Rajnish brings a unique blend of discipline, empathy, and strategic insight to executive coaching. A decorated Army veteran turned business leader, he has served as MD and COO of global publicly listed companies, led large cross functional teams, and held key P&L responsibilities all while building high performing teams and navigating complexity with clarity and calm.
An ICF certified coach, INSEAD trained, and Hogan certified, Rajnish specializes in psychodynamic coaching, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. He founded Accelarena to help ambitious leaders bridge the gap between outer success and inner alignment creating a space for reflection, growth, and presence. His mission to foster grounded leadership through courageous conversations in an increasingly complex world.
